I did a video card upgrade on my laptop today and took some photos during the process. You can view them by clicking on Pictures on the left and going to, where else, laptop upgrade :).

Later on, I'll post a couple of pictures of the CPU upgrade when I do so. That'll be the third and final step of upgrades (first was a 130 watt power brick to replace the original 90w, second was the video card). I have a couple of new videos to add shortly as well.

Finally got around to uploading the updated site instead of only having the new version on the college Linux server. I may expand the video section a bit if I feel like it today.

Hello and welcome to my small website. There isn't much right now but that will change soon.

Some people may wonder why I made this site, especially with how amateurish it looks. It's pretty simple. For a while, I swapped video and pictures I took of various things with friends on IRC, one of which owns the server this site is hosted on. This became rather cumbersome, especially when there were numerous large files. Some of them suggested that I create a website to host the content on, so everyone could get it faster and easier.

I originally started the site back in April, when I registered the domain name and began uploading files. I had no webpages, so I had to directly link everyone to the files. This worked out better than DCC'ing files to everyone, but it still wasn't great. At the time, I had very little experience with HTML and not enough time to dive into it. Things changed when I signed up for the CSC 130 class at Mendocino College. I signed up with the idea that I would be able to finally finish this darn site where everyone could easily see it. And that is where I am at now.

I finally redid the site using CSS instead of frames, and I think it looks much much better (although still poor by professional standards). I'm still learning CSS, and I'm very weak when it comes to aesthetics. I have this part up, let's see if I can get the rest of it working before it's due tomorrow.

This is the first unveiling of something that resembles a website. Almost all of the pages had no content, and it was done in frames, but at least there was something there. I'm doing this site for my CSC 130 class (Web Design and Development).
